The customer service and follow-up has been great.

We found out about Artistic by accident. I was hoping to be able to recycle the old granite from our counter and saw a truck at Taco Bell iwth "Recycled Granite" on it and a phone number. The number turned out to be Artistic's.

We were originally going to go with Home Depot, but when I called, Stefanie convinced us to give Artictistic a go. Owner Greg came in on a Saturday to show us their various slabs in the rain. Their tear-out cost was a third of Home Depot's and the price very competitive. The crew Chris, Juan and a guy whom I'm sorry I can't remember his name, came in, did their work quietly (as quietly as a tear-out can be) and efficiently. They also gave us advice on care and feeding of our new counter. With some of the leftovers, they had made a matching top for a bookcase we have at the end of the counter. The seams are nearly invisible.

Once the decisions were made, everything went quickly. They came in twice, once for the tear-out and once for the install. They made no more noise than they had to and cleaned up when they were done. The customer service and follow-up has been great.

Support the small business. You can't beat the service. Thanks everyone at Artistic

this was one of, if not the best, experiences that I have …

Greg and his team were great. I have had my fair share of bad experiences with contractors and this was one of, if not the best, experiences that I have had. I have pretty high standards, sometimes too high, when it comes to customer service. In short, this was a pretty big job which called 4 over sized slabs. We ordered a fairly busy style of granite, Normandy, which was pieced together with great precision and planning. They went above and beyond in all areas and I would recommend him to anyone asking for this type of service and will be using him in the future.

I can’t wait to start working with Artistic Stone Works!

This is not your average review as the work hasn't even been done yet. But I definitely think there is something to be said about first impressions. I put my inquiry into Artistics website about new kitchen countertops and literally 3 minutes later Sean called me. We had a detailed phone conversation where I let him know what DIY things we wanted (our own demo, own backsplash) to do and I was expecting the typical salesman bologna to try and talk me out of it so they could get more money but he was totally cool about it and understood why, let me just say right here that's what sold me!! We determined were basically neighbors, so he came by on his way home WITH samples a couple nights later! He explained the history of their company, how they're a small local business (like us, were business owners too) and their integrity. Honestly though I already sensed this based off our first phone call!! Were to get our bid tomorrow and I can't wait to start working with Artistic Stone Works! I'll definitely be back to review once our work is done with pictures!!!
